con-tatto® promises to replace products if they are damaged or unusable at purchase. Please note that this warranty covers only manufacturing defects of the product.

Worn parts, dents, scratches and chipped paint are not reasons for replacement. They will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they come from everyday use of the product. Intentional damage to and misuse of the product can avoid the warranty. Any possible deformation or flaw from placing it in the freezer or washing it in the dishwashing machine will also avoid the warranty. Only uncoated stainless steel products are dishwasher safe.

The right of return applies within 14 days from the delivery. It is valid only for purchases made in our online boutique www.becontatto.com. If the product has been purchased from an authorized retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer or, in any case, to the vendor.
